Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. For direct bookings made more than 90 days in advance payments are instead payable in equal installments, as follows: 90 days prior to arrival; 60 days prior to arrival; 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation within 30 days prior to check-in. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent cancelled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
Rules
No alcohol or drugs allowed in the apartment.
Children under 12 years old to be accompanied by an adult.
The owners will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person or belongings while on the premises.
No load music allowed.
No speeding up the driveway.
No smoking in the units
