Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. For direct bookings made more than 90 days in advance payments are instead payable in equal installments, as follows: 90 days prior to arrival; 60 days prior to arrival; 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation within 30 days prior to check-in. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent cancelled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
Rules
For stays longer than 7 days, guests will be charged for an additional clean and linen change of R500 per week. These will be billed directly with the guest and host.
Bathroom amenity pump-bottles should not be removed from the property and are purely intended for use by the guest during their stay. Any missing items may be subject to a replacement fee.
Guests arriving prior to their check in time will be permitted to make use of property facilities while waiting for their apartment.
Parking is complimentary to all guests - 1 parking bay allocated per apartment, with an overflow parking area on the premises.
Guest are requested to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
This property is not suitable for stag parties.
Please adhere to the maximum occupancy of guests allowed for the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Please report and lost and found items to the host as soon as possible.
