Payment Policies
Payment in full is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival or upon booking if that date has already passed.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation within 30 days prior to check-in. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent cancelled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
Rules
Guests arriving prior to their check in time will be permitted to make use of resort facilities while waiting for their kaliva.
Parking is complimentary to all resort guests - 1 parking bay allocated per kaliva, with an overflow parking area on the resort premises. Trailer parking available at an additional charge.
Guest are requested to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
This property is not suitable for stag parties.
Please adhere to the maximum occupancy of guests allowed for the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Please report and lost and found items to the host as soon as possible. Any property left behind at the property after departure may be retained by Club Mykonos Langebaan and should this not be claimed within one month of departure, Club Mykonos Langebaan will dispose of this as they deem fit.
Apartments left in an unacceptable condition will receive a minimum fine of R500.
